We spent a day out in Tiverton including a horse drawn barge trip. Love the new mural in Quaker Friars Bristol for David Attenborough's 100th birthday. I enjoyed an interesting but very hot day in Salisbury. #salisbury Interesting visit to Cardiff for St. David's day. This is the Clayton hotel in Bristol. The building used to be the headquarters of a printing works. The front shows various typing fonts and people from the printing industry. Including Güttenburg and William Samuel Morris. I love how well it has been preserved .#architecturehubfavbuildingchallenge by Architecture Hub Lovely day in Oxford with Richard Fraser . The new students were all in their gowns having a class photo. I can't remember class photos when I was a student. But then as Richard said it is Oxford University and one of your fellow students might be a future prime minister. We went in the Pitt Rivers museum and saw some dinosaurs. Helios, the sun at Bristol Cathedral by Bristol artist Luke Jerram. It is over seven metres across and scientifically accurate. It is on display until the 2nd of November. I went to the Greatest Dog Show on earth AKA the display of sculptures from the Summer Gromit unleashed trail at the Mall at Cribbs. Causeway. You have another week to see all the sculptures before they are auctioned to raise funds for Bristol Children's Hospital. #thegrandappeal #cribbscauseway I got over 1,400 reactions on my posts last week!
